The Bird restaurant was started in Berlin, Germany in June 2006 by two
New Yorkers. One of those New Yorkers opened The Bird in Jackson
in 2010 and it is now the Numero Uno (that means 'best' in Italian)
restaurant in Jackson according to, well, the people who eat in
restaurants on Trip Advisor.
We've got there simply by firing out the best Goddang burgers
and steaks from the best Goddang meat we could get our hands on and
sticking to our guns. And getting people good and drunk. And then giving them a free ride home.
